A profile is more than an avatar. Photos, profile text and conversation signals run through a screening layer inside your own pipeline: messages are processed automatically, never opened by a human, and only the resulting signals and score reach the moderation queue — one verdict per user, no transcripts.

What we check
Avatars, gallery uploads and verification selfies — JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP and RAW, in batches or one call at a time.
What the models read
Frequency artifacts and sensor-noise statistics from three independent models, with C2PA and EXIF history as supporting context.
What you get back
A score with a confidence interval, an explicit Inconclusive verdict where signals are weak, and JSON for your moderation queue.
What these numbers don't cover. Accuracy is measured in-distribution. On image generators released after our last training cycle, detection drops to 70–85% until we retrain — usually within three weeks. Heavy recompression, screenshots and images under 512px weaken every signal. Customers get a monthly benchmark report, including the model families we currently miss.
A TrueFrame verdict is a risk signal, not proof of fraud. Use it alongside your own account and behaviour rules — the enforcement decision stays with your team.

Annual contracts get the next tier's rate at 85% of the volume. Failed checks, duplicate users and requests we decline are not billed.
